SHUNT Show Poster
We recently helped to create a gig poster for the Ottawa (Canada) band, SHUNT.
This show was kind of a big deal: the guys were reuniting for one night only after an 11-year absence from the music scene.
The custom illustration was done by SoCal artist Oscar Guzman, a Chix friend and frequent co-conspirator. We art-directed, covered the typography, and managed the print process.
Back in the day, Irene created the SHUNT logo and did all the artwork (album art, gig posters, photography) for the band.
This 11″x17″ poster was printed on uncoated 30% PCW recycled stock in a very limited run. It was signed and numbered by Oscar, then a select few were signed by the band.
