Irene brings to the table 15 years of diverse experience in:

  • graphic design (print, branding)
  • web design, user experience design
  • user interface design

 
She has worked in traditional design agencies and specializes in both print and interactive design for a number of industries — health, fitness, beauty, style, culinary arts, video games, and other artistic businesses.

Kia Stora, Co-Founder & Business Development Director

Kia has over a decade of experience in online business development, specializing in national and geo-targeted search engine optimization and marketing. She works with clients to monetize web properties by connecting traffic sources with appropriate advertisers.

In simple terms, she is the link between your company and a potential customer browsing the web. Like Irene, she has worked in a variety of industries, including six years of international marketing experience in the music recording industry.

SamesurfKia sits on the board of advisors for samesurf, an emerging leader in the field of instant sharing of online content that has developed a no-install-required technology instantly enabling users to surf and interact with online content together.

Working closely with both Publishers and Advertisers, Kia also oversees the day-to-day operations of Skadi Search — our CPC search engine — and Matchflow Media, our display ad network.

Irene has “lived green” since she was a child. Growing up, her family emphasized the importance of recycling-and-reusing, for economical as well as environmental reasons. She continues to strive to minimize negative effects on the planet and to incorporate her philosophy into her work.
